cflox Continues Its Growth Trajectory and Appoints New Head of Sales

The Hamburg-based payment institution cflox continues to grow and strengthen its sales team: Since June 2025, Matthias Ihme has been responsible as Head of Sales for the strategic development of sales in the key account segment and for supporting the company's further growth. With this newly created position, cflox is responding to the growing demand for innovative solutions in the areas of working capital and supply chain finance.

Matthias Ihme brings extensive experience in financial technology and working capital. After a long career at financial software provider Serrala, where he held various positions, including Director of Sales, he moved to Coupa, a leading provider of business spend management. There, he was responsible for sales in the mid-market segment for EMEA Central. In his new role, he will lead the cflox sales team for medium-sized and large companies and drive the further expansion of existing and new customer relationships in the DACH region and internationally.
